New peanut harvest is in Yeni fıstık hasadı geldi

This season's harvest from the ancient Cilicia region is in, and it's a good one. The heirloom seeds and the mineral-rich Mediterranean soil have given us peanuts with a deep, sweet aroma.

Because peanut production is so demanding, our member farms shared equipment and labour through the whole harvest — no single family carrying the weight alone. That's the co-op difference.
